2026 Buick Enclave FAQ Sheet

The new Enclave is still a three-row family hauler, but has seen significant changes as an all-new model for 2026. Here’s what people ask about the most with this new-generation Enclave:

  • What’s that massive screen like to live with? The new Ultrawide 30-inch diagonal premium display features built-in Google capabilities, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. It’s very nice to look at and functional, but be prepared to see finger smudges as a regular feature.
  • Does the new 4-cylinder have enough power? The standard 328-hp turbocharged 2.5L 4-cylinder engine can generally handle family hauling and getting around. Surprisingly, it boasts roughly 5,000 lbs of towing capacity and gets over 20 MPG as a norm. It’s stronger than its displacement might imply.
  • Is there an 8-passenger option? Shoppers frequently ask about seating capacity. The Enclave maxes out at 7 passengers because it only offers second-row captain’s chairs.
  • How does the luxury feel? Many ask if it truly competes with premium brands. Buick is not a luxury make, it’s a premium make. Which means fewer “luxury” touches when compared to Cadillac or Lincoln. Yet the Avenir trim is very luxurious. My only complaint is the way GM separates common features like advanced driving assistance between the brands. It’s harder to get those more advanced items in brands like Buick versus others on the GM lineup.
