7 Automakers To Cooperate for High-Powered Charging Network

Seven automakers operating in North America are collaborating to build a 30,000-unit high-powered charging network across the region. The automakers are the BMW Group, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes-Benz Group, and Stellantis NV. The network will consist of both Combined Charging System (CCS) and North American Charging Standard (NACS) connectors. The first stations will open in the summer of 2024.
