While the Chevrolet Volt is billed as a luxury vehicle, General Motors luxury arm, Cadillac, has not had anything in the Voltec family. That’s about to change as the much-anticipated Converj concept becomes the Cadillac ELR and finally goes to production for the 2014 model year as a two-door luxury sport coupe version of the Volt.
