In our forums recently, Empapke came up with a question we don’t often hear. It involved his 1997 Buick Skylark GranSport setting off its horn every so often, out of the blue, for no reason. It’s obviously a short in the wiring, but as simple as the horn’s system is, many people may not know how to diagnose issues with it for repair.
